Attention to consumers in private houses without installed water meters!

In June, July, and August 2026, consumers residing in individual (detached) houses that are not equipped with water metering units will be charged for watering green spaces, in addition to the standard water supply and wastewater disposal fees.

Please be advised that in accordance with the Kremenchuk City Council Resolution No. 145 dated January 22, 2026, "On Rational Management of the City's Water Resources," private sector consumers who do not have a main water meter for their property will be charged for watering over a 90-day period. The billing is calculated at a rate of 6 liters per day per 1 square meter of the area covered by green spaces, orchards, and gardens.

The watering area is determined based on the property’s technical passport (title deed data) and inspection reports of the vegetated area. Information regarding the calculated volume of water used for watering green spaces will be specified in the utility bill under a separate column labeled "Watering" ("Полив"). Consumers can also obtain this information by contacting the Consumer Department of КП "Kremenchukvodokanal."

If the residents do not use their land plot for cultivating green spaces, the consumer may submit an application to the Consumer Department of КП "Kremenchukvodokanal" during the summer period to request an inspection of the actual watering area.

Based on the results of the inspection, an inspector from the Consumer Department will issue an official inspection report of the actual watering area. This report can serve as a benchmark for recalculating the watering charges, applicable exclusively to the current watering season.

Please note! Installing a water metering unit is the most effective way to pay only for the water you actually consume, including watering. This will allow you to monitor your expenses and save money.
