Ensuring a Stable Water Supply for Kremenchuk: Balancing Operational Challenges and Financial Reality

Every day, behind the simple turn of a water tap lies a complex communication system and the hard work of hundreds of employees at UC "Kremenchukvodokanal." Operations on the networks continue uninterrupted, as timely emergency response and preventative maintenance are vital to ensuring a reliable water supply and the sanitary safety of the city.

Currently, the enterprise is operating under a severe shortage of working capital. The current tariff for water supply and wastewater disposal services does not cover the actual costs of electricity, fuel and lubricants, chemical reagents, and necessary repairs.

Despite these challenges,  UC "Kremenchukvodokanal" continues to fulfill its core mission — ensuring a 24/7 water supply for the city's residents and preventing any transition to scheduled (hourly) water delivery charts.
