This year’s theme is: "A Favorable Psychosocial Work Environment: The Path to Employee Prosperity and a Strong Organization."

Alongside physical safety, an employee’s psychological state — their peace of mind, focus, and confidence — is equally important. Attention to detail, reaction speed, and the ability to make the right decisions at critical moments all depend on it.

At Kremenchukvodokanal, occupational health and safety (OHS) is of paramount importance.
