Messages

As of September 26, 2024, the water in the city’s water supply network is safe for consumption and fully complies with the requirements of State Sanitary Regulations 2.2.4-171-10 "Hygienic requirements for drinking water intended for human consumption." No deviations in microbiological or physico-chemical indicators have been detected.

Specialists from the chemical-bacteriological laboratory continue to perform enhanced 24-hour laboratory and production control of water quality and safety at all stages of purification before supplying it to the city`s water supply system. The water treatment facilities are equipped with the necessary reagents for the production of drinking water.

Detailed information about water quality is available on the website of KP "Kremenchukvodokanal" at the following link: https://kvk.pl.ua/uk/info/iakist-vodi/iakist-vodi

Emergency repair work may be carried out on the city`s water supply networks, during which centralized water supply may be temporarily suspended. The addresses of affected buildings can be found on the KP "Kremenchukvodokanal" website: https://kvk.pl.ua/uk/info/avariyi/timchasove-pripinennia-vodopostachannia

Due to the elimination of local defects in the pipelines, short-term deterioration in water quality, such as increased turbidity and discoloration, may occur after the restoration of centralized water supply.

For any questions, please contact the KP "Kremenchukvodokanal" dispatch service, available 24/7 at the following numbers: +38 (067) 403-97-86, +38 (050) 305-45-71.
