KP "Kremenchukvodokanal" manages 230 tubular wells located within the Kremenchuk city territorial community. The employees of KP "Kremenchukvodokanal" regularly carry out inspections and repairs on these alternative water supply sources for the city.

Since the beginning of the year, repairs have been performed on 81 tubular wells. Although the water in these wells does not meet sanitary standards and is unfit for consumption, they play an important social role. During power outages or temporary water supply disruptions, these wells can provide residents with technical water for household use.

Recently, there has been an increasing trend of intentional vandalism of tubular wells. Most often, handles, rods, and other external parts of the water pumps are damaged. For instance, a tubular well located near a children`s playground on the Right Bank has been repaired seven (!) times.

We appeal to all city residents – do not remain indifferent to acts of vandalism against tubular wells! Please use the water pump stations carefully and do not pollute the surrounding area.
